Have you ever thought about the air you breathe in your own home?

Simply put, the Unovent® home ventilation moisture reduction system is a game changer.

Home ventilation systems typically comprise of an above-the-ceiling centrally mounted fan which distributes filtered air from the roof cavity into bedrooms and living rooms via a network of ducting. The installation is usually done by a specialist.

How it works

The Unovent® home ventilation system gives you a drier, warmer and healthier home for up to 75% less than the cost of other systems. Installation is easy and running costs are low with reusable filters and no annual maintenance contracts.

The unique Unovent® ductless system draws dry, filtered air from the roof space to reduce moisture buildup, continually maintaining the airflow and air quality. Fully automated and optimised for NZ conditions, the system keeps your home warm and reduces odour and moisture - no more dripping windows, damp drapes or mould.

A Dry Home

A Dry Home

Is your home soaking up moisture like a sponge?

Typically the presence of people and daily activities such as washing, drying clothes indoors, cooking, cleaning, smoking and showering can create poor indoor air quality that is damaging the health of you, your family and your home. Daily living can add between 10 to 20 litres of moisture each day for a family of 4. Condensation on windows are a sign of a damp home which is struggling to breathe.

The Unovent® positive pressure ventilation system takes fresh, unpolluted air from the roof space and blows it through one or more room outlets - each with its own fan and a washable filter - into the selected rooms. This in turn gently pushes the old stale and moist air out through gaps under doors or around windows and through bathroom and kitchen vent systems when they are not in use. Throughout this process soft furniture, drapes, bedding, wallpaper, clothing and carpets are also slowly dried.
